That’s quite a mouthful, ain’t it? “Catalyzing Transformation” sounds like a big deal, but it really IS. Its what YOU are doing here, what YOU should be doing (or STRIVING TO DO) everywhere, every time you meet someone online or in the meat-puppet world…

You do not CAUSE their transformation (from Who-They-Are to WHO-They-Truly-WANT-To-Be) but you can help CATALYZE that transformation.

You can listen carefully, attentively to them, seeking first to understand and then to be understood. In listening, you may spot pain or suffering that they experience, and THEN, IF INVITED,  you may offer some guidance, insight or wisdom.

THAT transaction (observing, awaiting consent, sharing empowerment) can Catalyze Transformation, thereby helping the other achieve THEIR true potential.

This won’t catalyze ALL your transformational potential, but golly bonkers, it SURE CAN HELP!

Being yourself, being authentically the real YOU that you know you are and are becoming, is central to your brand. If you’re more than 18 years old, you’ve come to believe there are SOME THINGS worth standing up for, in this world. (If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything!)

Don’t be afraid to say, “I BELIEVE IN THIS!”  You’ll be tested with criticism, most of it unwarranted and aimed at making you feel stupid or wrong about your beliefs, but SOME of the noise directed at you after you declare your support for something (or your stand against it, not as good as being FOR something) could well be critical feedback, aimed at helping you to better see, discern and understand finer distinctions around you. Don’t fear these, and KEEP YOURSELF OPEN to positive, critical feedback. Learn to let the ad hominem attacks flow right past you… kiss an angel!

So I take a stand, FOR the right of humans to BELIEVE AS THEY CHOOSE, as long as their beliefs do not lead to violence against others who believe differently.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to get the facts straight before you ‘take a stand’ on anything, but remember that there comes a point where we MUST do SOMETHING, or else we’re allowing evil to triumph, simply because we ‘didn’t want to get involved…’

You can probably imagine what it was like in the second or third centuries of the Christian Era, when you might have been riding a horse along the road, and suddenly as you round the bend, you and the people with you are startled by the sight of dozens and dozens of roadside crosses, with crucified believers of that outlawed sect, ‘christianity’ hanging limply, their martyrdom and death bearing witness to the depth of their adoration for the Righteousness That Is Christ…

It is THAT adoration, THAT willingness to bear witness to their faith that the Lord of Hosts has come in the Glory of God, which motivates them to endure more than a year in Evin prison for the crime of OBEYING the Islamo-theocratic government. Give it a listen…
